In 2007, as a newly licensed Real Estate Broker, I (Tom) decided I wanted an online auction system for selling real estate. At the time, there were no auction systems for real estate. While talking to my brother Kevin, a "techie", he said "Why not build our own?". So that's what we did and that system has served us and our customers well.

In 2024, as we worked to enhance our auction system, we realized real estate agents also need an easier way to negotiate and accept offers on their listings. We worked on the concept and the result is Real Estate Offer Systems 

Today, we offer both systems and work hard to provide you a simple solution and great support while honoring God in everything we do.
